When the tour of the garden ends, you'll join a wine tasting paired with some typical food. During this tour, you will see the characteristic Castle of Brolio from the outside, and the inner garden of the Castle. Then you’ll move to another winery, in the middle of Chianti Classico Area, where you’ll have a second wine tasting and extra virgin olive oil. The tour will end in San Gimignano, where it started.

Here you can enjoy a day out on the Mediterranean where our guests can relax in a totally different atmosphere. A day on SV Speranza, a comfortable 1980's racer cruiser During the day we will provide a freshly prepared lunch and drinks and snacks throughout the day. A tour of the local seascape where you will see the outlines of the islands of Gorgona, Capraia, Elba and perhaps Corsica. The more adventurous may want to take part in the sail (conditions permitting) being able to take the helm, raise, sheet and lower the sails and more. We can pause for a ocean swim if required where we also have a paddle board available. Day can be tailored to your needs (duration and start time).
