Awesome experience, the snuba add on was well worth the cost and our guide was fantastic. As an additional benefit he took underwater pictures that we were able to purchase for a very nominal cost.

The sail back was very enjoyable. After snorkeling we headed out a little before turning south to return. It was just so relaxing and pleasant. The crew was very attentive throughout the tour. Boat was spotless and well maintained.

Great experience and great crew. I do wish the had some other snack options but I figured it would be limited. If you have dietary restrictions just eat before and you will have a great time!

The Palm Pleasure SNUBA and happy hour was the best experience we had while in Aruba. The guide makes the trip so upbeat and fun while getting everyone drinks. The SNUBA instructor was super patient with us and understanding of the various comfort levels to make it simple and well worth the upgrade. Don’t pass up the SNUBA upgrade.

here's the deal. We paid for snuba. filled out a form at the concierge at our hotel. on the form, we checked that we had high b.p., even though we both take meds for it, so it's controlled. told by the concierge that we were fine. Got to the boat with our friends, to snuba together. Person at the boat would not let us snuba. Said we could only go if we had a note from our physician. Seriously? As we were getting on the boat? Embarrassing, disappointing, unnecessary. Better communication, of correct information, is recommended.

Very good crew! The Snuba of the shipwreck was unique, fun to be with the fishes and hanging with the baby barracudas!

We had a great time on this Afternoon Delight Snorkel. We added the Snuba which was a bucket list thing for me. So glad we did. The guide was a good teacher and it was great. We saw many fish and he brought food for the fish to attract them. The catamaran is huge and was a fun cruise as well. The ship wreck was fun to see, but it was very windy there so we did not stay in the water long.

The tour itself was very nice....no complaints. The boat was clean, the crew was nice and festive and the spot we went to Snorkel was teaming with fish. The only reason for not giving this tour a five star rating is due to the instructions or rather lack thereof in the Viator vouchers and the EXTREMELY RUDE AND BELLIGERENT treatment we received from their representative at the Renaissance hotel. The vouchers that we received did not explain that you must make a reservation for your trip in advance. Although you select, book and pay for a specific trip date this DOES NOT secure your trip for that date. On the morning of our trip I called the number on the voucher because I had not had any communication confirming our transportation details. I was advised that we did not have a reservation for our group and that we would have to speak to the agent at the hotel. When we arrived we waited in line behind one couple who was purchasing their trip onsite. After waiting approximately 30 minutes through the sales pitch and another five minutes of being ignored after she was done with the couple I asked if she would be the right person to speak to. I was belittled for not knowing what I was supposed to do and told that the instructions were clear on the voucher. I had the printed vouchers in hand and pointed out that at no time was it expressed that we had to see an onsite reservation agent or complete a separate confirmation/reservation for transportation in order to take the snorkel cruise. After 30 more minutes of arguments the agent conceded that we could go on the snorkel cruise if we could get our group to the boat before sailing time AT OUR OWN COST, even though transportation was included in the fee we paid because we didn't follow directions and book in advance. We paid taxis which are extremely reluctant to transport a group of six even in a van with enough seats at a premium cost to get us to the boat. Once on the boat no complaints.....but buyer beware.
