Ciaran was our driver & he really was 10/10. He told so many us so many stories and facts about the history. We all were exhausted we learned so much. I would higly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Belfast. I am surprised i haven't done it sooner.

Kieran was funny a couple times. and he gave a really balanced view of the history through stories, explanations of historical events, visits to murals and parks and neighborhoods.

While I cannot say that this tour was a total "bust", I feel like I walked away learning a fraction of what I had hoped. The largest problem was the strong accent of the guide. I heard maybe 25% of what he said. One person in our party of 5 was able to hear him and add some interpretations. It was a lot of money to walk away unhappy. The tour was to last 1-1.5 hours but it was two hours. That might have been welcome had we been entertained. The guide was very nice and he was kind enough to drive us back to the cruise port. I have no complaints about him in general. He was just not able to convey his message effectively to us. Very disappointing.

Fantastic afternoon! Michael told me so much history of the troubles and made many stops to get out and have a look and take some photos. Never felt rushed and Michael seemed relaxed and enjoying himself as well. So glad I did this tour. Highly recommend! Thank you!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions. The tour was very informative and it made all the stories I have heard and read, come to life. The guide was also very polite and as a solo “tourist”, I felt safe. Can’t wait to return to Ireland and do other black taxi tours.

It was a solo tour and Kieron provided a really interesting tour covering both sides. He stopped at many locations to provide good background insights and also gave me time to walk around by myself to read and take pictures. Therefore, I felt well supported but also had free time to wonder around also.

I found in speaking with the Belfast Visitors Centre that you were going to charge me 6 (that’s six) times the going rate for this tour! We were astounded. We did not take the tour but I have been charged anyway on my Amex card. I intend to stop payment.

Hi John we are a partner with Belfast visitors centre there is lots of compliments that do tours in Belfast but there is only 3 of us that are partners with the belfast visitors center so I find it hard to believe that our partner would tell you that we were going to charge you 6 times the price of the tour can you please get in contact with me I don't think it is fair that you leave a bad review when you did not book a tour with us and that you are saying that our partners told you not to book with us this is the Belfast visitors page and this is our link on there page I don't think they would have us as partners if they thought we were ripping people of

Isaac was a great guide and driver! The tour takes you to murals on both the Catholic and Protestant sides of the wall and covers a lot of history in an hour and a half. I definitely needed time to process everything after, but highly recommend.

I did the Belfast Cab Tour with my two teenage children and we all found it very informative. Danny L, our guide, was brilliant. He had experienced the Troubles himself so was able to bring it all to life for us. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend the tour!
The only criticism I have relates to Viator and not to Belfast Cab Tours. The instructions provided by Viator were not accurate. I had requested a pick up at the hotel when I made the booking but the instructions sent to me on confirmation said that the pick up was at a central Belfast location and that my voucher needed to be exchanged for a ticket. This was not the case and the tour operator picked me up at the hotel as agreed. Viator should review the instructions provided.
