From start to finish, this tour was exceptionally well done. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable - a difficult combination to pull off during a day-long tour with multiple moving parts. Bruges and Ghent are incredibly beautiful cities, but they truly came alive because of our guide's expertise and humor. The transportation was comfortable and efficient, and the schedule for the day was manageable. If you are looking for a way to see both of these gorgeous cities and absorb as much of their history as you can in a day, then you will consider this tour to be time and money well spent!

Brugges was beautiful and we could have enjoyed it more if our guide had slowed down walking down the streets and picked up more convenient meeting locations. She knew the history well, but she walked fast in between points without pausing to look behind to see if everyone was keeping up with her fast pace and the rain made walking even more difficult. She also picked a meeting point off the main center, so we spent a lot of time walking back to the center and had to allow time to walk back to the meeting point, which left us with less time in the areas that we could have enjoyed. I know this because I've been to Brugges before, but unfortunately, my husband and son didn't have the same experience as I did!

It was an amazing experience. Our guide explained everything with a lot of details and we really enjoyed our time. Bruges is an authentic gem and maybe deserves more time to visit, but if you don't have time and want to visit new places in Belgium that's the right experience to go.

The tour is really well-organized! We get to visit two beautiful cities in Belgium within a day trip, still with an hour or so to spare in each city for exploration on our own or to get a coffee, relax and take in the experience in a leisure way.

Amazing trip! Our tour guide, Josephine, was an incredible tour guide. She took us through Ghent and Bruges highlighting the history and traditions of both cities. The restaurant, Vivaldi, in Bruges was also really good. I highly recommend this tour with Josephine. You will gain a lot of really great memories! Thank you for such a great day!!

Beautiful day tour!

Beautiful day in two lovely cities! Had 2 hours in Ghent and 5 hours in Bruges with just over an hour free time in both cities. Would recommend taking the additional boat tour in Bruges for an extra €12. Only negative was lunch. DO NOT GO to the restaurant they recommended for lunch. It was very good but overpriced and rushed. There were lots of other options on the same street. Other than that, it was a great tour and would highly recommended.

Beautiful cities and a great tour!

This trip was quite wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our guide Andrea was absolutely amazing and switched between 4 different languages while taking us around with ease. The only issue I had was that we are told the trip takes place at a certain time but then in much smaller print it says to arrive at the location 20 minutes early. The original time is the time the bus actually departs, not when you check in. We got there a few minutes early and our group had already left for the bus. Thankfully we were able to follow a different group to the bus location but I know of at least one other couple who was not so lucky.
