Loved having the freedom of going where we wanted to go. Bikes were great had a basket to put our bags in. Collection was a breeze. Helmets and e bikes fully charged. They not fancy but perfect for what you need. We were able to cycle right down the promenade in Mahahual golf cars could not do this. We would do bikes again and Coral go was a great option lotsa fun , and convenient

Great bikes. We loved them! The charge lasted all day and still had more than 50% remaining. They can go pretty fast. We did as the other reviewers recommended and rode them to get massages on the beach and then went to a beach club which was awesome. Walk to the pick up point was very close to cruise port and easy to find with the instructions.

VERY long walk, poor directions provided, business not labeled, bicycles in VERY poor shape. The seats were spinning around when you sat on them, no shocks, the headlight attached with tape, one bike would not pedal at all, the other the throttle handle fell off. Website is deceiving. It is a side-of-the-road shack with bikes in a completely unmaintained condition. Riding them around and seeing the small town was nice but I recommend that you find another vendor. You do not get the bikes shown on the website, they are not in good repair, not safe safe, no helmets, and you will get very frustrated trying to find them.

The electric bikes were great fun! We had cruised in for the day. There's not a ton to do right in the general vicinity. Bikes have extra freedom to explore and added extra excitement. When we arrived the bikes were out, charged and ready to go. The gentleman helping wasn't there which was confusing at first but arrived shortly after. The bikes had great baskets (it was my hubbies 50th bday and I was able to attach a sign!) with maps attached and locks. We rode down by the beach and boardwalk, got massages and explored. The bikes seemed older and not in perfect shape but worked well with no problems. We could pickup when we wanted and drop off when we wanted. I would totally recommend and rent again when I came back.

Normally I am directionally challenged, so negative review complaining about directions to bike rental concerned me, but it was closer than expected, only a couple minutes walk straight out from parking lot. Adrian patiently explained main roads, showing us on map that is clearly mounted on back of bike. This was our first time to ride an electric bike. We tried to pedal most of the time but the electric option was great (and easy). The tourist areas maintained the beauty of the coastline, but we enjoyed getting off and finding a local coffee shop and seeing the village. Our ship excursions would not allow us to rent determining we were too old. We are healthier than many people younger than ourselves. This prompted us to find a different option, for which I am thankful. Highly recommend.
