This activity will end right where it started.
Make an early start and depart from central Dublin for your full-day tour of Ireland’s western wonders. Soak up the scenery on the drive to the west coast, then wind along the dramatic coast of the Wild Atlantic Way.

Jump out to snap photos of the striking Dunguaire Castle, a 16th-century tower perched on the seafront just north of Kinvara, then continue to Doolin. Enjoy free time to explore the quaint fishing village and tuck into some lunch (own expense)—perhaps try the famous seafood chowder at Gus O'Conner's or a pint of Guinness at Fitzgerald’s pub.

With your appetite sated, continue to The Burren and explore the otherworldly karst landscape, renowned for its exotic plants and colorful orchids. Finally, head for the day’s star attraction, the Cliffs of Moher, and enjoy ample time to walk along the 702-foot (214-meter) tall cliffs and gaze out over the rugged Atlantic coast. Admire jaw-dropping views of the Aran Islands and Galway Bay, then learn more about the geological wonder at the Atlantic Edge Exhibition and Visitor Centre.

After a full day on the west coast, journey back to Dublin and end your tour in the city center.

We visited two castles, The Cliffs of Moher and the Burren. We also has time for a quick lunch in Doolin. Our guide, Eduardo was great. He kept us on time and entertained. I would recommend this trip. It is a very long day - appx 12 hours.

I LOVED this experience!!

Had such a wonderful day. The cliffs were beautiful and the stops along the way made the day seem very full. We did a day trip elsewhere during our trip on public transport and I felt like the bus time was wasted time. This was so great because our guide, Paul, made it so amazing with music and information about Ireland.

Here is a new adventure!

The bus ride was long, but well worth the wait, once we reached the cliffs. We were running a bit late, so we did not get to stop in Doolin for lunch, however, we made a stop at a nice truck stop to pick up lunch or whatever we wanted. It was truly an experience that I will treasure.

Richard was great!

Richard was phenomenal! He was entertaining and full of knowledge. It was evident that he cares deeply for people and is passionate about sharing his beautiful country’s history. I greatly enjoyed my experience! My only critique of the program is that there wasn’t a heads up about potential cold and rainy weather that I saw on the website. I would have had a much more fulfilled experience if I knew to dress for cold, windy and very wet weather.

Beautiful landscapes with friendly and humorous staff.

Wonderful staff with a friendly attitude and a healthy dose of Irish humour. As a suggestion, it would have been great to spend some more time at the Cliffs instead of so many small stops along the way. Very nice experience overall.

Bleak
Abbey_B
, Jun 2022
Half of the things advertised for the Tour bus itself were out of service. The bathroom and AC were broken, someone nearly fainted and threw up from the heat and road bumps, the chairs didnt come with any outlets for phones. It was a rough ride. The tour itself was okay, but you just show yourself around the whole time.

Our guide Cash was the best!! So funny!! He pointed out landmarks and gave the history behind it. Excellent driver navigating many narrow streets! The Cliffs were beautiful! Make sure to bring a jacket because the weather is constantly changing. Would highly recommend this trip!!

great scenery - but don't take the boat trip
Dinah_P
, Jun 2022
The scenery was fantastic and the guide was entertaining BUT he pushed us to take a boat trip even though the weather was terrible and it was very bad advice. We didn't see anything except for crazy high waves. Also 2 friends missed the trip because their flight was delayed and despite sending several mails to Viator they have not received a reply.

Amazing nature

The cliffs are amazing and well worth seeing, as well as the Burren and the castles. Could have used a bit more time there instead of the time in Doolin. The guide was not that good. The bus was comfortable.
