Guide was a no-show, no one emailed or called to cancel
, Sep 2021
They didn't show up and didn't send a cancellation notice. Planned my day around this for nothing. Had they cancelled, I could have made alternate plans for my one free day in Dublin. Bummer.

Hi Peter, Thank you for taking the time to post a review and apologies I am only spotting this now. Could you let me know what date and time you booked and what channel you booked through? I had a good look on our system here and and I have a booking on it for the 18th September for a 10am tour and a note to say the customer was a now show and tour when a head with our therm. The booking was for a party of two people. If this booking is yours our guide would of tried to contact you on the number provided at time of booking. Also it looks like you booked via Viator/Tripadvisor. we have only lately discovered there is an issue withy there system. They have been sending us booking with the wrong time. So it could of been the case you booked for 2pm but we received the booking on our system for 10am. If this in the case it would be a huge help if you could let me know if the above is your booking or if not could you send me the details so we can get the issue resolved with Viator/Tripadvisor. My email is Hugh

This was a wonderful experience, and a great way to see some of the highlights of Dublin. A great guide with a passion for Dublin and the history of Ireland.
Great Dublin activity

Our guide Laura was wonderful. She gave us a great tour through Dublin & provided lots of info on the history & highlights of the city. Great way to get exercise too. Half way through the tour we stopped for a coffee/hot chocolate break which was nice. Take this tour.

Rosalinda was a fabulous guide! Took the 6 of us around and kept us entertained and well informed. All the sights and history wrapped up in a very enjoyable way. Definitely recommend this and high praise to Rosalinda!!
Good way to see alot of city

We enjoyed the bike tour, were able to see alot of the city, much better than walking. Our tour guide was vert safety concious and made the trip very comfortable. Only drawback is she was a little too opionated for my taste.

Not Great, but Still Fun

It fun and easy to ride bikes around Dublin, and the sites are wonderful. Nevertheless, this receives a less than stellar review because the tour guide is definitely what creates the difference between a great tour, and a mediocre one. This was a mediocre tour. Our guide did little to create comfortable comradery with her group. She did not speak loud enough, and was just a little impatient with those who didn't manage to keep up. Her personal political points of view (most of which I agree with) were subtly incorporated into her dialogue a couple of times. I want to stress that this was a subtlety, and I may have been alone in my sensitivity to this. She asked the group to guess the answer to many questions about Dublin, prior to giving us the correct information. This was thought provoking, but she could work on helping people not feel like they've disappointed their teacher when they get the wrong answer. We are world travelers and take city tours in every new city we visit. The tour guides' ability to personally connect, be clearly understood, and express warmth and welcoming is truly what makes it special. I think she has the potential to become a great guide, if she is open to constructive criticism.
Informative yet Truncated Bike Ride . . . Disappointing
, Jun 2019
This bike ride was suppose to be 3 hours, however, the guide started late and ended a half hour early! Furthermore, about 45 minutes into the ride, we stopped for approx. 45 minute for coffee (and smoke break for the guide). The ride started after 10a.m. A coffee break was neither needed nor expected. For the limited time we did ride, our guide was informative. Overall, I was very disappointed.

Tour detail was good. The tour leader was interesting and knowledgeable, the major drawback was the group size for the logistics of course.
