When I added another person to my 8/30 reservation the system defaulted 8/5. Viator could easily added a prompt alerting the user with date change when additional person added.! The reply from Viator agent you have to cancel & make a new reservation! What kind of rinky dink system is that!

The most memorable part of our tour was our tour guide, Jerry. He was great. We learned a lot. However, the meet-up instructions on Viator were incorrect. We missed the first 20-30 minutes with Jerry while we were on he phone with the tour company trying to figure out how to connect with Jerry and the group.
