We used this shuttle company for 3 different transfers throughout our trip in Guatemala and had a great experience each time. Not only did we feel very safe on all the drives, our drivers were always on time, very friendly, and the vans were comfortable and clean. They were also very accommodating with adding stops and responsive when we messaged them on Viator as well as WhatsApp. I’d highly recommend this company for any private shuttle transfer you need!!!

Marlo was a fantastic driver. He was very friendly and helpful, and let us stop for lunch on the way. He found our AirBnB and dropped us off at the door. The vehicle was very comfortable as well.

Marlon was fantastic! He was waiting outside the airport with a sign with my name. He let me know where we could stop to grab food, use the bathroom, etc. We had a great conversation about the history and culture of Guatemala and he gave me directions to get to the dock once we arrived in Panajachel. Would highly recommend booking this service!

Outstanding experience! Unfortunately, I can't remember our driver's name because it was two weeks ago, but he was AWESOME! He was waiting right outside of the door with our name on a sign, got us quickly to the car and we were off. He was a very safe driver and his English was excellent! Wonderful experience for something that is generally not all that exciting. Very happy with the whole experience. He even stopped for lunch and a second potty break for my daughter with no issues. He was happy do whatever. Thank you for the seamless experience!

We had Marlon, and after being 2 hours late with our flight time, he was waiting for us with a smiling face. Great communication and wonderful energy. Asked if we needed to stop for the bathroom or to grab a coffee, which we took him up on. Will definitely be traveling this way when we inevitably come back! Thank you Marlon!!!

Our driver Marlon was EXCELLENT. The whole experience, from start to finish, could not have been better! It’s always cool to be greeted at the airport by someone holding a sign with your name on it 😉
He expertly navigated through various traffic situations, both within the city and outside in more rural settings. My husband and I were both relieved that we did not attempt to rent a car and drive ourselves, as the conditions were quite different from what we’re used to. Marlon was very professional and friendly, and the nice vehicle had plenty of space and was very comfortable. Best of all though, he taught us so much during the drive – about local agriculture, language, food, and culture. He made several recommendations about tours, places to visit, and restaurant to try. Wonderful experience overall. Highly recommend.

I got picked up at the GUA airport arrival. Driver with a sign with my name on it, and he took me to an ATM first (my request), which is on the way to the van anyway. However, the ATM didn't work, so he stopped about halfway to the Lake Atitlan area to use the ATM. Unfortunately, that didn't work either. But I appreciate his efforts. It's a solid 3 hours ride from GUA to San Antonio Palopo. The driver is very good and I felt safe the whole time. Highly recommend this service!

Our driver picked us up directly from the airport with a sign with our name on it. As we were approaching Lake Atitlan he pulled over and we got to see a stunning view of all of the volcanoes and the lake. Thank you for a safe and easy trip!

Our transfer with Marlon was great! He met us at the airport and off we went. Easily found with our name sign. The van was comfortable and clean. He was super friendly and communication was easy enough with my newbie spanish. Marlon even stopped to get us food along the way and now we love pollo campero! Overall, I was very pleased. Excellent driver, we were very thankful for is expertise and pro-level driving skills to Panajachel. We had no idea it would be so mountainous! There is no way we would have got to our destination if we had tried to rent a car, haha.
We asked him to stop for lunch on the way, and had some incredible street food from a little family. He did not speak english, but google translate can be downloaded onto your phone for off-line access and will be your best friend.
