This would have been a 5 star review, but because of the car overheating, I deducted a star. Robert, our tour guide, was AMAZING. He was knowledgeable, helpful and took great pictures. He encouraged us throughout the tour to get the most out of our tour.

This tour was great! Denny was the tour guide. He was very nice, informative and knowledgeable about each one of the places we went to. He always added interesting facts about Las Vegas and the landscapes which made us feel connected to them. Denny was also willing to take pictures as he knew all the good spots to capture great photos. As the tour had only another person and me, it felt like a private tour. I enjoyed every minute of it. I completely recommend this tour to everyone on a vacation in Las Vegas. You will enjoy it!

Had a great time on the tour despite going solo! The view was nice and easy to go to, so it would be great for people expecting an easy walk/ lookout to the landscape.

20 minutes late (not his fault). Max our driver didn't communicate well. We didn't know what to expect or what were going to see. It would have been better if he was more knowledgeable of the area. He is very friendly but lacks the skill to be a guide. Probably will be good with some training. He got lost and frequently consulted his phone while driving at 80 mph in a 55 zone. Didn't feel safe.

We have GPS in all vehicles. Maximum speed in your tour was 69mph In zone of 65mph. Impossible driver be lost, he does the same tour everyday. I don't understand how you had your perspective. Would like understand.

We booked a day before our tour, and received clear instructions (by text) on location, time of pick up, who our tour guide would be, and what vehicle to look for. We lucked out and got Mark, who is probably the BEST tour guide we’ve ever had! He made an already great experience even better. Thank you Mark!!

We were in two 15 passenger vans and it was very crowded with large adults. Robert our driver was very nice but Mark the other driver with the two girls and the phone's was very rude to my staff and to my Travelers he made it sound like it was all their fault that he had to go back. He kept saying it wasn't his fault it wasn't his fault he was willing to accommodate two young girls but not my eight adults with developmental disabilities they stood outside for a good 20 minutes and the cold wind waiting for him to return

Mark should not accept your group when you arrived with wheelchair. We don't accept wheelchair. He made you a favor. You should be glad.

Our bus driver with a group of eight adults with developmental disabilities and two young girls was left standing in the cold freezing to death while he took the girls back to the visitor center to look for their telephone. He didn't bother to tell us he was leaving he just took off it was several minutes before he came back and he was very rude to the staff tell them that they did not accommodate people with disabilities and that he didn't have a choice but to go get their phones because they had paid for the trip. He also said that because of our folks they missed some hiking opportunities and they were going to have to take them on an extended tour. This was not a hiking tour it was sightseeing

Red Rocks canyon escape
JOANIE_H
, Mar 2022
Hiking down into the first stop in Red Rocks canyon, breath taking viewpoints. The trip allows you to experience natural rock topography away from Vegas commercialism.. Unfortunately, tour driver was 25 minutes late for pickup, did not text or call. The driver was pleasant but did not give any back story or history about Red Rocks canyon. Seven magic mountains is best viewed by children & their parents. It’s 7 large rock boulders painted in neon colors…not worth the side trip.

Your tour was with 7 more people. Rest of your group gave us 5 stars.

Best guide and tour of Red Rock Canyon

I just wanted to say that myself and my husband loved our tour with Mark from West Pearl tours a few days ago. Mark went above and beyond ....what an amazing tour guide and personality. He even took us to the Pioneer saloon which wasn't on the tour. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the area he is guiding. He is, by far the best tour guide we have ever had. We will definitely book with u West Pearl tours once Mark is guiding us. Thank you so much. He made our holiday. Amanda Sent From My Samsung Handset Powered By Three Get Outlook for Android

Driver was nice. Didn't hike at all. Must of just got his license because he was driving on wrong side of the road. Had to use his GPS to find out where to go in park. Didn't put car in park at one stop and the car started to roll away. Made the trip very boring because he knew nothing about the trip or features. I asked him several questions and it was always, I do not know. Good question.......
icon Response from Host , Jan 2022
You asked: How much is a peace of land in the Ghost Town. We are tour guides not real state. And the rest of your group enjoyed and made good reviews. We have only 5 stars for this tour. And your 2 stars. I think the problem is not our guides.
