Embankment Pier is directly opposite Embankment Underground Station on the North side of the River Thames

This activity will end right where it started.

The ride was great and not as wet as thought.. was very cold though in the wind but I had hat and gloves on so was ok.. drop two stars as was called 9am the day before and told it was cancelled and need to be there for 12 today .. which luckily was staying over night but didn't get there until 1 and allowed us to go on 1.30 but it was stressful getting from bham to London and been there on time.. would have been annoyed if cancelled as the train and hotel cost 380 so would be even more upset.. the actual ride and people was very good though.. shame booking was messed up esp as book a few weeks before.

Unfortunately it was a really bad day, I actually thought that they might have cancelled the trip given the rain and wind, but they didn't and it was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. I took my 14 year old son to London and wanted to give him great experience and we both could not see a thing as we had to keep our heads down most of the time as the rain was so heavy and we got soaked to the skin, it was very sad as I paid so much money so that my son would have a great memory to take home instead we both could not wait to get off the boat.
