    Lack of information on Marvel 4D movie.

    I had an appointment at 2:30. I purchased the Marvel 4D package. It was not explained to me that the reservation was for entrance and the marvel movie was at the end of the tour and played every 20 minutes or so. We raced through thinking we had to be at the 4D movie at 2:30. We were not permitted reentry due to a private event. Very disappointed we did not get to enjoy the museum.

    This assessment is not about Madame Tussauds but about Viator itself. We booked the Madame Tussauds to be more organized for our stay in London. Sadly, we could not make it to London as EasyJet cancelled our flight. I have contacted Viator several times about the happening and asked if I could reschedule or if we can have a refund but they never answered. To make it short...would I again book with Viator - NO.

    The whole place is just wonderful her is so much to see and it is very well set out and enjoyable would highly recommend that people go, we both found the wax works almost life-like and was only lacking some names on some as not everybody was well known but otherwise this was a great way to spend some time

    I was in London a day before a tour began and a friend told me that I really should visit this museum. I was worried about going by myself because I would have nobody to take any pictures but it was not a problem at all. Everyone around was more than happy to take one for me and I really enjoyed myself. Everyone around just seemed to be having a good time, it was so much fun. There was also an extensive gift shop, which I always enjoy. Now I finally have a picture with George Clooney! It was unfortunate that the music section was closed though.

    It was very nice experience.Staff at the gate and inside were very welcoming. My 3rd visit there with visitors.I I was looking forward to a car ride which weren’t there .Also I felt like something was missing there than previously showing.

    Entrance line moved quick. I was able to take my time inside and see everything with ease. I loved the ride inside that takes you through England’s history. All in all a fun experience. I spent about an hour inside the museum. The older lady at the final gift shop as you exit was very very friendly and helpful. A lot of the other staff ignored me- even when standing at the counter trying to purchase a drink. I attempted to buy a ticket at the 3d show. The gal had her head down and refused to acknowledge me. I said forget it and moved on. Not a great way to sell tickets or make money for the museum. Other than that, it was a fun.
