When you arrive, call the number on your voucher and a professional driver picks you up at the airport of your choice—JFK International Airport (JFK), Newark International Airport (EWR), or La Guardia Airport (LGA). You are then delivered directly to the door of your Manhattan hotel or private residence.

Travel in a comfortable sedan for up to three passengers, or a minivan or SUV for up to five passengers, then relax and enjoy the sights as your driver handles the traffic. Transfer service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Please provide accommodation and flight details when making your booking. Receive confirmation within 24 hours and a voucher to show the driver. It’s that simple!

Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan or SUV.

  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and are not provided by the local supplier

  • Tolls from EWR are $21.98

I was irritated that I couldn't understand where to find the driver over the phone w the operator because I never been to LGA before. Our driver was outstanding. We were able to call and have a second stop added. We were an hr behind schedule (not the company fault) and we're in a rush to make a cruise. Our driver waited for us to check into our hotel and take our things in our room. We made it to our cruise just in time. We're having them pick us up to take us to the airport again

Unlike its advertised claims, this is not a car service. It’s Uber light. When you arrive there is no one meeting you. You have to call them and then they send an old Toyota to pick you up. It took 30 minutes before the driver arrived. Could have jumped in a cab or Uber within 5 mins of arrival instead of multiple calls and 1/2 hour wait. I would not recommend at all. Also if you take this service watch out for inflated toll charges. I challenged the driver when he said $22 for tolls and he backed off.

We arrived at the airport after a long flight, no one answered either of the phone numbers we were given so then had to queue for almost an hour for a cab!!! I have complained via email with no response!!! Very poor service considering we have booked all our other NYC experiences with you!!!

Unsafe and unethical practices

I have used Carmel transportation services through Viator a few times over the course of two years for travel. On this occasion I had to deal with unsafe and unethical practices from the company’s driver. I was left at the airport alone because I told the driver “ asking for tips” upon entry into the car is not okay. In response he told me to get out of his car and said to his supervisor I called him “ crazy”. I had to call back to get a new car because he refused to wait until his supervisor confirmed a new car would come. While I waited several cars were watching me and asking odd questions. I started to feel unsafe and worried about getting robbed. There were no police insight for protection. I will be seeking legal counsel.
