Upon arrival at JFK International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA) or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), travel to any Manhattan hotel in style and comfort by arranging this shared-ride transfer vehicle. Simply provide your flight arrival details and full address of your destination. The transfer will be confirmed instantly and a travel voucher will be issued to present to the driver. 2 hrs waiting. 5times calling. Nobody cares about us. Pick up other People from other airport. Last call promised upgrade that never happend Taxi Uber or other pick ups at the airport. Do not buck any transfer about Go Air Link !!!

Bad experience. Would not recommend to a friend. Waited at the airport to be picked up for 2 hours. Driver and dispatcher had horrible communication.

No show of the minivan

arriving on JKF we dialed to inform that we had arrived. We were told that the driver would arrive in 10 to 15 minutes (terminal 4). After one hour waiting we called again, they said that the driver was ar terminal 7 and would come soon. Half an hour later there was still no driver so we decided to cancel and take a yellow cab.

We were waitng al terminal 5 since 9:30 am, where a bunch of people were. They said they went to pick us and couldnt find us., the driver never call our name, how could we know? I call and they told me that i have to wait for an hour to another driver to pick us. I waited for an hour...an nobody came. So I had to take an uber. I need a refund as I told the person who answered the phone. Very dissapointed.

We should call #18 from the phones located at the welcome Center Terminal ,4 in order to be picked up. After 3 additional calls nobody picked us up. Therefore I called UBER for the transfer. My Tip: Use Airport Train and the Subway. It much faster because of the traffic jam and it is less expensive than a shuttle ($8 Airtrain plus $ 2,75 Subway per person) . Believe me, you will need to save every $.. New York is horrable expensive

Most memorable part was having to wait close to 2 hours for the driver to arrive for pickup. Several other passengers were waiting.

We followed instructions on the Viator booking form which was to phone a particular number from the greetings desk at JFK. I was passed from one person to another until I had spoken to 4 people. In the end they said they had sent our details to their despatcher who would then phone my mobile to say how long they would be. We waited 40 minutes without a call or a car arriving. We had been travelling for almost 14 hours & were very tired so we were forced to hire a taxi at the cost of $60. Not impressed & will be chasing a refund once home. Awful service.

When we showed up the van was not there. Was on the phone for 15 minutes trying to get ahold of someone. When I finally did they did not have my reservation. They also said they don’t run after 10pm. The website states they run 24 hours. We had to find a taxis to pick us up. Waiting on a refund now.

We arrived at EWR and were informed that the business had not been Active since March this was July 2020. So I lost the fees and had to pay again to catch the train into Manhattan. I am not impressed.

I am furious. I arrived at ewr airport and the business is not operating . Why did you take my reservation and money. When you know its closed. You are the worst operator. Nobody can be found . I called the number stated and the promt said it’s close. I want my money and my other cost back and asap . Before I sue your asses . I want someone to call me asap 212 787 7968 Phillip balangue

Due to how the port authority handles this service it was overly complicated. There was an empty van waiting, but he couldn’t take me because he hadn’t been dispatched. I waited at least 30 min for someone else to pick me up. Then I got in the van with other riders who waited an hour for pick up and had ridden around the airport 2 times, as the driver tried to fill up the van. Then I was dropped off before them. The driver was short and lacking clear communication. To leave NYC I chose to pay $70 for a taxi to the airport and lost my $20 prebooked ride with Viator because I didn’t want to miss my flight or deal with the hassle. Uber or a taxi is worth the extra money. I gave two stars because I did get a ride to where I needed to go.

This was a very dissapointing experience in our case. The vouchers we received electronically were unvalid when the busdriver from Airlink was about to scan the tickets/vouchers. He insisted that we should pay cash when arriving at the hotel, which we refused, since we had already payed with our credit card. IT was a very unpleasant experience when the busdriver started a quarrel at the reception of the hotel. Other guests in the bus also got very unpatient. Airlink is working on behalf of Viator who provided us with the vouchers/tickets. It should not be the customers fault that the equipment/scanning of the tickets between Viator and Airlink does not work. We had the reception management at the hotel to print the vouchers for us and we gave it to the busdriver. He finally left the hotel in rage. Besides the busdriver also made fun of other guests/passengers on the bus because of lack of language skills and misunderstandings of directions/hotel adresses. This is very poor service. We will never book through Viator again.

Took 45 minutes for a shuttle to arrive. Driver was quite abrupt with one of the travellers which was the booking fault not the traveller. Drive was very uncomfortable with a lot of hard breaking

So we arrived at JFK, all good, came through the gate, not a meeting point, desk, or representative in sight, eventually went to the central information desk, and we were added to a list. Approximately 25 minutes later the driver called us and we were off. Ooo I thought the driver was quite brusque, anyway we all climbed in and away we went, we made a couple more stops and we were full. Then everything changed the driver Damien I think, became a different person he was funny, charming, informative and very personable regaling is with facts and figures and helpful getting luggage out. Altogether a very good first impression of the people of New York, but more importantly I would recommend this service to anyone. Only 4 star because of there not being a visible presence at the airport. Thank you!!
