Bus was on time, we had guaranteed seats as promised, some great deals at outlet and I liked the fact we could use voucher sent to our phone to get on bus, instead of having to print out voucher or redeem at a separate location first as some other companies asked. We found the bus transfers to and from Woodbury Common excellent, we arrived at the ROW Hotel where we were met by a representative and given our bus tickets, bus was air conditioned and left on time, our return trip was the same very pleasant bus drivers both ways and buses left on time. We would definitely book again. The outlet itself was great.
