This off-road safari by 8-passenger Land Rover lets you explore the natural landscapes of Aruba in an open-air 4WD vehicle. You’ll traverse the island’s rugged terrain in a guide-led caravan to your destination: the Natural Pool.

After hotel pickup, receive a safety briefing and board your 4x4 — perfect for exploring Aruba’s scenic countryside, much of it inaccessible to normal vehicles —and settle in behind the wheel or hop in the passenger seat.

En route to Arikok National Park, you’ll pass by the California Lighthouse at the northwest tip of Aruba, where you’re treated to views of the island's coral-strewn western coastline. Make a stop at the remnants of the Natural Bridge; formed by years of erosion from the sea, the coral rock bridge once stretched to 100 feet (30 meters) long before collapsing.

Replenish with provided water and snacks, and learn about the history and wildlife of Aruba before you reach the Natural Pool. Formed by volcanic rock, the tranquil pool sits on the coast and provides the perfect snorkeling opportunity. 

Don your snorkeling gear and swim over the corals during your free time before returning to your starting point with drop-off at your hotel.

Loved our experience going to the Natural Pool. Our guides Matthew (with two t’s) and Chris were the best! The ride was bumpy but fun going through Arikok. We did pay for that experience. The other stops at Alta Vista, and the natural bridge made for a fun day too.

This was a fun trip to the Natural pool. The rest of the day included driving around the National park and the Island. As others have said, it is very bumpy and fairly uncomfortable. That would have been fine for 2 hours or maybe 3. But 4 hours of this was way too long. The natural pool stop was fairly short. Would have enjoyed more time there and less time with the long drive. The drive in and out of the park couldn't be helped because it is how you get to the Natural Pool. But at the end of the excursion, there was a long ride offroad on the way to the lighthouse (which was only a driveby), that was miserable for most of us. Again, a 3 hour tour would have been great. This was just a bit too much punishment.

This is our second trip to Aruba and we were so glad we got to see a different side of the island with this excursion. Our guide Williams was awesome! He found a way to make historical facts about the island interesting to my 11 and 13 year olds. The ride is a bumpy blast and you get to meet Dr. Coco!

this was very long and so much off roading. had done a tour of the island with another company that was better. guides were very friendly and kind but the tour including california lighthouse and we stopped and took photo couldn't get out and visit. would have been better than so much driving on dirt bumpy roads. wasn't a fan

It’s an off road dusty adventure. 88 steps down to the pool but worth it. Amazing to see the dry conditions and the surf. Our driver David was great. It’s a fantastic afternoon trip as long as you like being totally off road and worth it. Don’t miss this.

Don't take the tour if you have a bad back at he needs bounce around a lot on the road. Great scenery, great drivers/tour guides, plenty of stops to take it all inn......highly recommended! Bring your own beach socks/water shoes.
