Less than satisfied

Not a good value fir the price paid .. over a $100 per person and then another $20 for the trolley tour, but we really had to ‘find our way’ through the city and we only had 6 hours. I understand that the price of gas has increased but the van was old, smelly and the air conditioning did not work well. Our driver was pleasant

St. Agustine Day Trip
, May 2022
We took the bus tour from Orlando to St Agustine. My girl friend and I had wonderful named Oscar. He made us feel welcomed and was very friendly and accommodating. When we got to St. Agustine we enjoyed sight seeing, museums, winery, restaurants and sorbets bellini. We ended our day at the Fountain of Youth where we regained our energy to go back home. Would highly recommend this tour!
Relaxing and Fun

We learned so much about the city . Loved we could just hop on and off the trolley. Loved the fact someone else did the driving. . Our driver to St.Augustine was Paul and he was very nice and courtesy. Cant wait to go again .
Good experience

The town was pretty. The cruise was good. Only thing is that it was not a proper tour .it's more of a drop off and pick up.i wish this was out lined clearly. It's important to book a trolly.

Very Good

Rebecca our Driver was excellent However, she has to be a little more mature and do not allow the passengers to overcome her with their requests. She tries to be as helpful and corteous as possible but sometimes the passengers take advantage of her. She has to be more firm.

Marvelous St Augustine
, Jun 2021
Natural curiosity led me to book a day trip to small beach town on the Atlantic Ocean. It is a oldest town in America and marvelous one! Day trip is certainly just a glimpse on many things you can learn about American history. It can’t fit all traditional beach town and nature activities you would like to do! This place is certainly on my list to visit in the nearest future!
The Living, Loving Energy of St. Augustine
, Apr 2021
St. Augustine is a cacophony of the mystery of human time-space; it’s like there’s no time, just the feeling of the past existing in the present. I recommend starting with a contemplative look-at-the-souls of historical figures at the wax museum, sample some spirits at the distillery, and drink at the Fountain of Youth, among the seemingly endless other things to do. This place is an amazing intermingling of architecture and culture, all held together with a unique sort of human gentility of the people passing through, or those caught living under the spell of the allure of that beautiful space on our planet. St. Augustine is an experiential place, a must-experience piece of America. Simply love-inspiring, with reverence.

If you want to do something completely different when visiting the themeparks visit Saint Augustine. It's a wonderfully relaxed town with small streets loaded with shops, restaurants, bars and history.
Great Day Trip

It was a perfect day to visit St. Augustine. The driver picked us up on time and successfully navigated the bumper to bumper traffic out of and back into Orlando. Don was an excellent drive and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable throughout the trip. He pointed out the sights and explained the history of the area in detail. We enjoyed the trip immensely and will book again with Viator whenever possible. Thank you!
A Must Do Tour

Beautiful St Augustine but very rude and liar driver
, Jun 2019
St Augustine is a very ,very nice place. To come back... but not with a Viator driver. I forgot my camera in a shop in the leaving parking area on the way back, and the driver made NOTHING to help me. I asked him to come back (we were left from there less than 15 minutes before) or to call the shop for me, but he made nothing. He said, in a cold way, that at 5,20 pm the shop was closed. It was a lie!! ! In fact, after 10 minutes, a very kind woman in the bus, called the shop for me, and they told her yes, my camera was there. I'm from Italy and till now (after 25 days) I didn't receive nothing. Thanks to driver's rudeness. Foreigners deserve kindness. So we're used, in Italy

Bill was very helpful and the Old Town Trolley guide was amazing. The guide and information was excellently executed. I apologized to forgot his name though he repeatedly mention everytime we had a stop and new paasengers came in. It was 11am tour. He is marvelous. Thank you. I wish that I have remember his name.
Comfortable air conditioned minivan...

, Apr 2018
Comfortable air conditioned minivan from Orlando to St Augustine. Included a hop on hop off trolley ride, advised to stay on for most of the ride then decide where to get off then wander at your leisure. There were 23 stops which finishes back near the start. I decided to get off at stop 17 at the end of the town near the oldest house and next to the river boardwalk. From here I walked the 'Martin Luther King freedom walk' signs show where he stayed and spoke. There is beautiful architecture from a variety of periods, Flagler College and Memorial Church, the St. George St pedestrian mall with the oldest schoolhouse and the old fort started in 1672. If you love history and architecture you will love this tour.
This is a great day trip. Our driver...

This is a great day trip. Our driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. There are many things to see and do, we could not get it all in in a day. It is worth the price in our opinion. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the trolly was continually full at the stops so people had to wait sometimes for 30 minutes to get on the trolly. Each time the drivers would say to those left behind that another trolly would be here in 10 minutes, they dispatched another trolley right behind me. And then you could hear the people say thats what the last guy told us! This frustration did not ruin the trip though we would do it again.
Amazing trip. Beautiful town. A lot...
, Feb 2018
Amazing trip. Beautiful town. A lot to do and we couldn't visit all places as we decided to walk and see the beauty of the small streets instead of taking the hop on-hop off. Loved the experience
