Big Bus Paris Night Tour

Seeing the sights at night was a great experience, our whole group was glad we'd done this tour. Fair warning on a few aspects though. The ride is pretty bumpy, kind of rough, so that took a bit to get used to. The headset jacks weren't the greatest, so had to jiggle that and actively push it in at times to keep hearing the sound - though it was great audio for a tour like this with humor mixed in and filler music between the talking. Lastly, there are numerous places on the tour where half of the riders had to dodge tree branches. Not sure how to make that aspect better, but was a true danger at times due to the speed of the bus and the amount of the trees! Lastly, it was a bit tedious waiting at the end for the show at the Eiffel Tower to happen before we could end the tour, but overall enjoyed and would recommend.

The tour did not take place. The bus was parked at the curb but no driver or representative of Big Bus showed up. Very rude and unprofessional. I wasted $25 in taxi fare for a no-show tour and I want a reimbursement plus a refund for the tour.

Tour guide could be more accommodating to queries of guests. Communication about the meeting place isn’t that clear. Experience was okay.

We did this with our 20, 18 and 16 on the first night of our arrival. Highly recommend- great way to take it in for the first time. Check the weather. It’s only worth it if you’re at the top of the bus. Dress warm for a colder night.

No pictures,photos or paintings I have seen compare to actually looking up at the Iffell tower it was stunning

I’ve been to Paris 8 times and this is the first time I booked a tour like this. So very happy with this experience. EVERYONE should do this tour, even if you live here. Touring this most amazing city at night, high up on top of a bus, gives you such a different perspective! The final stop to watch the light show on the Eiffel Tower was the most incredible experience!

They need to fix the audio on the tour bus. Our 4 rows had no audio through our headphones. Hard to hear the tour

Very happy with the Big Bus! Night Tour was Fantastic! I will recommend to everyone especially for people with the interest in history to find the best from it.

Turned up before departure time to join a very long queue and after watching numerous buses fill up top decks and leave was told that there were no buses left and either we return the following night(which we could not as it was our last night in Paris) or sit inside the bus. Asked for a refund and was refused, either get on or don't. As a result sat inside a very hot bus whilst the driver drove like a madman through the streets. Finally stopped at Trocadero and the driver disappeared. Whilst passengers on top took photos we sat inside unable to see much of anything. Feeling quite unwell from the heat we decided to get off the bus and took an uber back to our hotel. Outrageous that the tour booked more passengers than they could fit and no refund offered. There were at least 20 passengers that did not get a seat and many left in anger. The driver was rude and could not care at all that people's plans were ruined. It was my birthday and first time my daughter and I were seeing Paris at night. Disappointed is an understatement, I want my money back as the company failed to provide what I paid for, that is a panoramic tour on the roof top with audio guide.

None, we did not make the trip because we didn’t finish another trip in time to make it to this trip. I’m hoping that my money will be refunded. Thanks
