I couldn't do as I did...

I couldn't do as I did not get the necessary tickets, so the confirmation receipt i had was not accepted from the louvres museum and I had to buy other tickets for me and my children, I was chocked by finding the ticket at 15 euro and for the girls it is free being under 18 years which was questioned during the reservation. When I asked for a refund, they did not accept which is not accepted at all from any customer . I am still asking for the refund of the 200$.

Skip the lines and enjoy the nudes

The Louvre has lines akin to Disney world so this guided tour helped pass all of that and for that was worth it. Make sure you get your French health pass sorted out by taking your U.S. COVID Vaccination card to a Pharmacy or you won't be going to any of the Parisian attractions as COVID has the place on high alert and you need a QR code on your phone to enter. IT was a cold French day so we were suited up for our meet up at the meet up point outside but as soon as we entered the Museum the temperature was set to the "sun" so we got to carry all our coats around like pack mules. The tour guide was knowledgeable and hit the highlights as there is waaaayy tooo much to see in one day. Go in the morning so you have time and then finish off in the Louvre gardens which are pretty if you get good weather. Go in with expectation that you will not see everything because it's just too big for one day. This is Europe's biggest museum and a must see, book early as these guided tours sell out. Don't expect too much help from people with in the museum that are not your tour guide cause in true Griswold family vacation fashion the French don't Habla any other language then French. Enjoy your Croissant and expresso coffee in the Museum café on the second floor and appreciate the endless nudity that comes with classical art and Greek statues.

Florence was an amazing tour guide and very knowledgeable. Challenging us to play a game to engage the group and asked for opinions on whether we preferred a statue or a painting to again engage and share pieces of art. Ask for her if you can!

No flexibility for last minute problems

I wanted to cancel my tour because my train was delayed and I was afraid I was going to miss the tour. No flexibility in terms of refund as the tour provider is now my direct contact and they refused to refund me even if it was a genuine last minute problem, they said they’ll email me my ticket abs I can do the tour on my own if I arrive late .I had to run around Paris changing buses and trains with 2 kids. I called your company expecting that you will be helpful and do something, you asked me to call the tour provider and I kept repeating to you that I did and they refused. I now have an extra 45€ of phone bill just for the pointless call !!! I reached the event late, thankfully the guide was late for the same reason but we were exhausted and stressed !!! Very very bad customer service !

You won't have time to see it all!

I highly suggest finding an earlier tour time as we didn’t have enough time to wander and explore on our own before the museum closed. And trust me, you will want more time! Our guide was pleasant and knowledgeable as well as funny! We had a great experience!

Excellent customer service

I missed the time frame to meet up with the tour group. I booked overnight and therefore didn’t have the guide’s information. Once I arrived to Louvere museum I called Viator customer service and they were quick to respond and gave me general admission tickets with no additional refund due to being late. Which is understandable traffic in Paris is unpredictable. I’m giving 3 stars due to customer service was excellent!

Visiting the Louvre for the first time- our tour guide was so knowledgeable and was very passionate about the history and art. He was detailed and fun and a pleasure to be with. I would never have known so many facts if we took this tour on our own without a guide- well worth the money!
