Penang Morning Cruise Excursion Heritage Tour by Bicycle & Trishaw (Hawker Food)

• Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
• Infants must sit on laps
• Near public transportation
• Not wheelchair accessible
• At time of booking, cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
• Hat, sun glasses and sun block may be useful to avoid afternoon sun
• Bilingual speaking tour guide
• Dress code is sport wear
• Children must be accompanied by adults.
• For trishaw tour, twin sharing for adult and child, a surcharge fee of RM40/pax imposed on single seat (unshared) trishaw. Adults with more than 85kg may need 1 trishaw
• For bike tour, average height must greater than 5ft or 150cm. Special bike arrangement needed for body height below 5ft
• Rain coat will be provided if rains. If thunder storms, the tour time will be delayed or extended
• A minimum of 2 passengers per booking is required
• Most travelers can participate
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 12 travelers

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
