Out ship was delayed docking by 2 hours as the port was busy so we completely missed the trip, it was booked for part of our anniversary celebrations. I contacted supplier and they didn't have any other slots. I asked if in the circumstances it would be possible for refund/voucher. They said they understood but I need get in touch with Viator but I am struggling to find an
email address or contact form They are usually very good as I have used them for years so I am hoping they can help when I get home

Eine tolle neue Erfahrung - das beste daran war wohl der Guide und natürlich das Hineindahren mitten in den Hafen. Ich würde es zwar nicht noch ein weiteres Mal machen, aber würde es trotzdem jeden empfehlen, der es noch nicht ausprobiert hat. Es hat schon etwas cooles und besonderes. Auch per Viator hat alles super geklappt!

Es ust schon erstaunlich wie man einfach so in das Wasser fährt. Beeindruckend und für die Kinder ein absolutes Highlight. Anschließend durfte man sogar neben den Fahrer an die Front um unvergessliche Fotos zu machen. Im Anschluss gab es sogar kleine Überraschungen für die Kinder und ausreichend Informationen für Erwachsene über Rotterdam. SEHR Zufrieden!
