Disrespected and insulted

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this company’s rude and insensitive approach to customer service. Unable to locate the tour group with the vague information initially provided, and as someone from out of town, I explained the situation and requested a refund only to be belittled, insulted, and blamed on my inadequacy in disparaging emails. Had the situation been handled respectfully, my experience would’ve been drastically different. Please book instead with a company who values and respects its customers.

We did not belittle, insult or disrespect Ashley at all. She said she arrived at 8 Central Street (our office) and the tour was not there. She infers that we were closed and that the tour did not run. The tour did run on time. We have four signs and the office was open from 11 am to 7 pm that day. The voucher reads to check in at 8 Central Street and that the tour starts at our office. We explained that if she was at 8 Central Street that there was no way she could have not found us. We asked what landmarks she was next to where she was waiting in an attempt to figure out what went wrong. We asked what she entered into her GPS. We asked in an attempt to resolve the issue and she didn't answer the questions and then ended the conversation. We treat our guests with the utmost respect and kindness. We offer free water refills, free ice, pass out candy and give out information about the city. We are gracious hosts and hospitality professionals.
