Tower tours never responded to voicemail questions. I called three times and finally got through only to be put on hold for 12 minutes before hanging up. They made it sound like the bay cruise was part of the tour not a separate departure location and did not provide transportation there. Being disabled it caused a problem for me. The driver/ guide smoked st every stop and smelled terrible. He told what we can only assume we’re great stories because the sound system in the van didn’t work. Muir Woods was beautiful but again no direction or help was given trying to get wheelchair access. The Red and White Fleet staff were excellent and so caring once we got there.

We enjoyed the Muir Woods and boat tour but the time in the Muir Woods is not enough to get to see and walk the trails. We were on the bus more than anything.

Great day visiting the beautiful Muir Woods. Loved our bus driver, Charles!!! So knowledgeable. It was great to get. Ack, eat lunch, and then go on an hour long Bay Cruise at our leisure!! Great way to see the sights!!

I can really recommend this tour. It was worth its price. We booked it very late in the evening two days before the trip but it was very well organized. We were picked up almost from in front of our hotel it wasn't on their hotel list but they found another, very close, location. The Golden Gate Bay Cruise was very informative and we could see San Francisco, Alcatraz and Golden Gate Bridge from another perspective. We enjoyed it a lot. The Coastal Redwoods amazed us at their size. The given time passed really fast but our driver explained us how the path looks like and nobody was late for the return ride. On the way back we stopped for 10 min. in beautiful Sausalito and could take nice pictures. I'm giving this tour 4 out of 5 stars because I think we had a little bit too less time in Redwoods 30 min. more would be perfect and the stop in Sausalito was much too short at least 10 min. more would be great.
